Main Products

At PIR-a, we provide comprehensive solutions designed to streamline and optimize environmental projects for our clients. By leveraging advanced automation, enhancing data management capabilities, and minimizing reporting times, we empower our clients to achieve greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness in their projects. Additionally, we are committed to improving decision-making through continual innovation in the assessment process by developing practical, science-based tools.

SMA

The SMA (Sample Management Application) product is designed to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment processes. Create the logs, tables and images needed to make decisions and build the basis of your final report.

RemMS

RemMS (Remediation Management System) provides a centralized data management system along with a correlation assessment tool which helps assess soil quality for better decision-making and reduces manual effort and errors.

Innovations in Assessment

At PIR-a we just can’t help but innovative! Other technologies we have in the works include a petroleum hydrocarbon data correlation tool to help determine impacts in the field and imaging technology to assess sulfur impacts in soils for real-time remediation assessment. We are also working with Alberta regulators to develop new assessment criteria for sulfur in soils that will better apply site specific conditions to determine true potential environmental impacts and increase the reuse of quality soils.
